Affiliate Program Terms

The ground rules for earning with Abby's Elderberry — written plainly, applied fairly.

Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, based in the United States, and a real person — no bot or automated accounts.
  • One affiliate account per person. Logins may not be shared, and you are responsible for your account’s security and all activity under it.
  • Applications are reviewed personally and may be approved or declined at our discretion.

Links & Commissions

  • Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link (and, where provided, approved promotional materials).
  • Commissions apply only to orders placed through your referral link within the 30-day tracking window, at the rate shown in your dashboard (10% unless otherwise agreed).
  • Commissions are earned on completed orders only — cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are voided.
  • Self-purchases through your own link do not earn commission.

Payouts

  • Payouts are made monthly via PayPal to the payout email on your affiliate profile.
  • Payments begin once you’ve earned more than $20 in approved affiliate income; smaller balances roll forward to the next month.
  • You are responsible for any taxes owed on affiliate income.

Prohibited Activities

  • No spam, misleading claims, or misrepresentation of your relationship with Abby’s Elderberry.
  • Please follow FTC guidelines and disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing.
  • No press releases about the program without written permission.
  • No bidding on our brand terms in paid search, and no coupon-site spam.
  • The program may not be used for any illegal purpose.

Warranties & Liability

  • We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the program, and we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

Termination & Changes

  • Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason.
  • We may suspend accounts and void commissions associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity.
  • We may update these terms or program rates with notice; commissions already earned are always honored.
